Job description

Refinery Product Loader – Dawson, GA
This is a full-time, hourly position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Commitment to Safety, Environmental compliance, and Food Quality
• Maintain attendance records in accordance with company policy
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Meet physical requirements, including prolonged standing, sitting, kneeling
• Climb stairs and ladders; work in various conditions (hot, cold, etc.)
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work rotating shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours), including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Requirements:

• Maintain, monitor, and adjust equipment; keep safety, environmental, sanitation, and maintenance records
• Communicate with team regarding equipment operation, safety concerns, product quality, and maintenance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or lead

ADM requires successful completion of a background check.

Compensation: $17.46/hr plus $1.50 shift differential. Overtime pay applies for qualifying hours.
