Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial entries for refinery expenses and activity.
• Participate in monthly financial closeout.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist in developing the refinery annual expense budget and variance analysis.
• Assist in new procedures and accounting systems.
• Provide back-up for other accounting functions.
• Maintain records and ledgers for refinery activity and related reports.
• Participate in the Solomon Benchmarking Survey.
• Communicate with accounting, operations and management.
• Assist in creating policies to improve controls and efficiency.
