Job summary

Maison Parisienne, a French café and market-inspired venue in Chicago, seeks energetic Servers to provide outstanding guest service in our dining room and patio. You will take orders, serve beverages and meals, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

We value professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail, offering long-term opportunities, and a prideful, hospitality-forward culture. Prior serving experience is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and a minimum of three weekdays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain before employment).
• BASSET Certification (or ability to obtain before employment).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, cocktails, wine, and other alcoholic beverages.
• Run food from the kitchen to guests promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests quickly.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, patio, beverage stations, and service areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
• Uphold Maison Parisienne's standards of hospitality and professionalism.
