Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state with current license.
• 1–3 years of Behavioral Health experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred (Bachelors or Masters) across Behavioral Health settings.

Responsibilities

• Review assessment referrals with clinicians to assess patient needs.
• Assist in coordinating patient care across teams.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation in approved EMR and platforms.
