Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Clinical Liaison in Cincinnati, OH to drive referral development for the Acute Rehabilitation Unit. You will partner with physicians, payers, and internal teams to ensure appropriate patient placement and seamless care from admission to discharge.

The role requires 3 years in acute rehab, BLS certification, and a BSN or higher. Travel and community engagement are expected as part of coordinating with external referral sources.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in an acute rehabilitation setting (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• BSN or higher degree; MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business development opportunities and oversee capture management and proposal development.
• Conduct sales calls on referral sources to maintain referrals and identify opportunities to increase profitability and market share.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care from admission to discharge.
• Schedule and conduct presentations and tours of the acute rehabilitation unit to referral sources and professionals.
