Godshall Recruiting in Greenville, SC is seeking a referral coordinator to act as the liaison between providers, patients, insurers and referral partners. This temporary-to-hire role offers hourly pay and fast onboarding.

You will process referrals, coordinate appointments, verify insurance and authorization requirements, and track status to ensure timely patient care. Temp-to-hire position with benefits and growth potential in a healthcare operations team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient referral processing while delivering exceptional patient service.
• Process incoming and outgoing patient referrals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate appointments with specialists, hospitals, imaging centers, and other healthcare providers.
• Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and prior authorization requirements.
• Obtain and submit authorization requests and support clinical documentation.
• Track referral status and follow up on pending appointments, authorizations, and reports.

Salary: $19-21/hr
