Willowbrooke at Tanner Inpatient in Georgia seeks a friendly front desk receptionist to greet patients and families, answer phones, and schedule appointments while maintaining high service standards. You will multi-task, verify information, and support patient flow and registration.

Responsible for greeting patients and their families and all other customers. Answers phones and schedules appointments as needed. Able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy. Assists patients with questions and requests and communicates proactively with patients on wait times and other patient flow issues as necessary.

Employee performs within the prescribed limits of Tanner Health System's Ethics and Compliance program. Is responsible to detect, observe, and report compliance variances to their immediate supervisor, the Compliance Officer, or the Hotline.
