Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks a Reference Standard Scientist to ensure technical integrity and compliance of reference standards. You will manage batch replacement, packaging, inventory, and data review within CRSO, partnering with global customers and molecule experts to support development and regulatory needs.

Ideal candidates have a chemistry degree with relevant pharmaceutical analysis experience and strong problem-solving and data skills.

Formación

• BS in Chemistry with pharmaceutical analysis/production experience or MS in Chemistry with related experience.
• Strong knowledge of analytical sciences including measurement techniques and statistics.
• Project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with inventory management and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain reference standard batch strategies and certifications.
• Handle source material, packaging, and material specifications for reference standards.
• Manage inventory, order fulfilment, and data from multiple sources for decisions.
• Collaborate with CRSO team and global customers to deliver deliverables on time.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements and maintain documentation.
