Job summary

Renewal, Inc. in Pittsburgh seeks a Case Manager to oversee reentrants, provide guidance, and coordinate support services. You will work under the Case Management Supervisor to assess needs, develop and implement Individual Renewal Plans, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Responsibilities include making referrals to Renewal, Inc. programs and outside agencies, maintaining client records, and helping reentrants set goals for aftercare and community reintegration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required; Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of the criminal justice system and community resources.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, direction, and management of reentrants and their activities.
• Determine reentrants’ social service needs and create Individual Renewal Plans.
• Enforce program compliance and assist in center administration.
• Make referrals to Renewal, Inc. programs and outside agencies.
• Assist in developing policies and maintaining reentrant records.
• Help reentrants set aftercare goals and plan for community release.
