Qualifications

• High School education; post-secondary training preferred or 2+ years in tractor maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment efficiently.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and work on varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment to meet fleet cost per mile goals.
• Rebuild components and perform preventive maintenance inspections.
