W&B Service Company, a leading provider of transport refrigeration solutions, seeks a Transport Refrigeration Technician in Oklahoma City. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain reefer units, handling electrical and mechanical systems to ensure reliability.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, own tools, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires on-call availability, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and independent work with strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Transport Refrigeration Technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to be on-call for after-hours service.
• Must have own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb, and sit frequently throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail is key for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repair on starting, charging, cooling and electrical systems, including fault codes.
• Repair and maintenance of reefer units per manufacturer specifications.
• Identify and obtain replacement parts as needed to complete repairs.
• Diagnose and perform proper repairs.
• Conform to all safety and health standards.

W&B Service Company has an excellent opportunity for a Transport Refrigeration Technician. We are the largest transport refrigeration dealer of Carrier Transicold, a world leader in Truck, Trailer and rail refrigeration systems. We are also the nation’s largest full service Hyundai Translead trailer dealer. We have 21 facilities throughout the Southwest, including Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Duties will include:

• Perform diagnostics and repair starting and charging system, cooling and re-charge, and electrical including common fault codes. Repairs include performing leak detection procedures, compressor replacements, soldering refrigerant lines, evaporator/condenser replacements and front & rear main engine seal replacements.
• Perform repair and maintenance on reefer units in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
• Identify and obtain necessary replacement parts as needed to execute repairs.
• Must be able to diagnose and perform proper repairs
• Conform to all safety and health standards
