Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced CDL drivers for reefer trailer routes within 260 miles of Delaware, OH. The role includes typically 5 loads per week with 1–2 stop-offs, and a substantial sign-on incentive for both experienced and newer drivers.

You’ll receive mileage pay plus hourly pay when on duty but not driving, along with a guaranteed weekly minimum during the first 90 days. Schneider offers a comprehensive benefits package and training options, with paid orientation and time off

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Willingness to participate in company-paid CDL training is a plus.
• Live within 70 miles of Delaware, OH, Millbury, OH or Woodhaven, MI.

Responsibilities

• Operate reefer trailers hauling frozen and refrigerated goods.
• Perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs as needed.
• Maintain regular home time within Schneider’s routes within 260 miles of Delaware, OH.
