Foundation Marketing is seeking a remote Reddit content specialist to craft native posts and comments that respect each subreddit’s culture and rules. You will engage in ongoing threads, identify topical opportunities, and ensure content aligns with client brands.

Ideal candidates write with a human tone, adapt voice across communities, and maintain steady, fast-paced contributions while following editorial guidelines and content calendars.

Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that drives pipeline growth for mid‑market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies. We help our clients generate pipeline through content engineered to distribute across LLMs, search, social, communities like Reddit, and every channel their buyers actually use.

Why This Role Exists

As Foundation scales its Reddit marketing capabilities for clients, we need someone who can consistently produce native, community‑appropriate content across multiple subreddits. This role exists because Reddit is a rule‑intensive platform where success depends on understanding and respecting each community's established norms, posting guidelines, and cultural expectations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Occasionally support other content types when needed

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently hitting content volume targets with high approval rates and minimal revisions
• Posts and comments follow subreddit rules precisely – nothing gets removed or flagged for violations
• Reliable implementation of feedback; requested changes are applied correctly and don't need to be repeated
• Internal teams trust your work, requiring minimal oversight
• Clients see steady, predictable contribution to their Reddit presence without compliance issues or community backlash

Location, Timezone & Work Setup

• Work Setup: Fully remote
• Primary Target Locations: Global
• Timezone: Required overlap with EST timezone for meetings

Compensation

• Base Pay Range: $36k – $54k CAD / year (range reflects the North America region; may vary for candidates in other regions based on cost‑of‑labor norms)
• Expected Total Comp (OTE): $38– $60 CAD / year
• Total compensation includes: company‑wide profit sharing + uncapped commission on partnership‑sourced revenue
• How We Set Comp: Final compensation is determined by experience, role level, and location. We use a role × level × location framework. We pay intentionally, hire globally, and reward impact.
