Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Idaho seeks a Recycle Technician to handle recycle, reuse, and reclamation tasks, maintaining safety and efficiency in daily operations.

You will sort materials, operate in a team, follow procedures, log activities, and work 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri with a $20-$21 hourly wage, plus comprehensive benefits.

The role emphasizes safety, PPE usage, and professional conduct while supporting customers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus relevant recycling experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner

• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment

• Collect, salvage, and sort reusable or recycle materials or waste materials

• Maintain dock and collection areas
• Work with multiple collection containers
