Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Field Support Specialist to assist our collection and post-collection operations. You will help maintain safe, clean, organized, and productive worksites alongside drivers, equipment operators, and maintenance staff.

This role requires physical work outdoors, reliability, and teamwork. Experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse, or related fields is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole is a plus.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, waste and recycling.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across collection and post-collection facilities.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks to assist operational teams.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, equipment, containers, and supplies.
• Assist drivers, heavy equipment operators, recycling personnel, maintenance staff, and other team members.

You'll work alongside drivers, heavy equipment operators, maintenance employees, recycling personnel, and operational leadership to help maintain safe, organized, and efficient worksites.No two days are exactly the same.
