Leadpoint is hiring a General Laborer / Sorter in North Highlands, CA to sort recyclables at a large processing plant. No diploma or formal experience is required; you must be 18+, able to lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for the entire shift.

A background check and drug screen are required, and reliable transportation is needed. We offer weekly pay, health/dental/vision benefits after 60 days, PPE provided (safety vest, hard hat, glasses, gloves, arm shields), an employee lunchroom, and accrued
