Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Recycle Technician in Montana to support recycling, reuse, and reclamation efforts. You will follow safety rules, sort materials, maintain docks, and work with drive teams to meet environmental goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of recycling experience; CPR/AED/First Aid is a plus, and forklift or hazardous waste training may be required. SBM offers a benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

Job Overview

The Recycle Technician will be responsible for the recycle, reuse, and reclamation, program.

Qualification

Education and/ or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of recycling experience in a company environment or equivalent combination of training and experience - preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• May be required to be forklift certified.
• May be required to have Hazardous Waste Handling Training per RCRA.
• Completed all safety and task training certifications

Knowledge, Ability, Skills:

• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Shifts and Compensation

Sunday - Wednesday 6pm-4:30am $15.50- $16.50 per hour
