Job summary

Kimble Company is seeking a recycle sorter to operate a fast-paced conveyor line, sorting materials into appropriate bins and maintaining orderly work areas on the plant floor.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, safety, and teamwork in an outdoor/industrial environment. 1st shift runs 5am–3pm with overtime and weekend availability; benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must stand for extended periods on a fast-moving belt.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Work outside or in an industrial environment.
• Must follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Sort recyclable materials from a fast-moving conveyor onto appropriate bins/chutes.
• Inspect materials and remove unacceptable items from the line.
• Monitor quality of recycled materials and clean the work area.
• Sweep shop and sidewalk; keep conveyor and sorting lines clear.
• Assist with general site maintenance and safety compliance.
