Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Indianapolis is seeking a Patient Account Representative to support the Patient Care department by ensuring recurring services are processed accurately and on time. The role emphasizes operational efficiency, compliance, and a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Start date 9/14/26 with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8-5am EDT shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Healthcare or insurance knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process recurring services to ensure timely patient order fulfillment.
• Monitor work to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements.
• Resolve patient concerns by identifying issues and coordinating corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service.
