St. Francis is located in the Point Clear community of Fairhope on Alabama’s Eastern Shore, overlooking Mobile Bay. Above all, we seek a Rector whose ministry flows from a deep love for God and His people: a mature disciple of Jesus Christ, a person of fervent prayer, and a humble shepherd. The Rector must be biblically orthodox, affirm the teaching of the ACNA catechism, To Be a Christian, be ordained to the priesthood in the ACNA, and have experience serving as a priest in an Anglican church.

We hope to call a priest who can preach the Gospel clearly and faithfully, communicate well, lead collaboratively, and bring sound judgment to the practical stewardship of parish life. Experience supervising church staff, administering ministries, working with budgets and finances, and using contemporary technology will be important.
