Step into a dynamic role with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where innovation meets opportunity. As part of the Enrollment Management team, the Recruitment Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting recruitment and admissions operations through data management, reporting, and systems integration. The Recruitment Systems Analyst helps ensure the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of recruitment and admissions data across Salesforce (primary platform supporting daily operations), Campus Solutions, and other institutional systems. This includes supporting integrated tools such as Marketing Cloud, Mogli SMS, Blackthorn Events, Geopointe, FormAssembly, and DemandTools to ensure seamless data flow and engagement operation. This position collaborates closely with the Senior Assistant Director of Business Systems, Enrollment Marketing, and Recruitment/Admissions leadership to execute recurring data workflows, improve automation, and maintain the systems that drive prospective student engagement. This is a business-focused systems role within Enrollment Management, intended for a professional who applies technology to support recruitment and admissions operations rather than an IT infrastructure or software development specialist. The position emphasizes CRM use, data quality, reporting, process improvement, and collaboration with technical teams. This role offers exposure to enterprise CRM systems and cross-functional collaboration across enrollment, marketing, and technology teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, technology, and process improvement in a mission-driven higher education environment.
