What You'll Do

As the Recruitment Specialist for the College of Nursing, you will:

• Serve as a primary ambassador for CDU and its nursing programs
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, community colleges, universities, healthcare organizations, and community partners
• Plan and attend recruitment events, college fairs, information sessions, and community outreach activities
• Conduct engaging presentations both virtually and in person
• Develop and execute territory recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process
• Track recruitment activity and pipeline development using CRM systems
• Collaborate with faculty, admissions, marketing, and university leadership to increase awareness of CDU nursing programs
• Identify innovative opportunities to attract and enroll diverse student populations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends
• Valid California Driver's License and proof of insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, healthcare outreach, marketing, or sales
• Experience using CRM systems such as Slate
• Knowledge of nursing education or healthcare professions
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
