Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organization, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Mandatory computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 40 hours per week; occasional evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
• Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally with other offices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data tracking and analysis for student recruitment, engagement, progression, and retention.
• Develop and implement proactive retention initiatives with faculty and student services.
• Monitor progression and identify at-risk students for outreach and referrals.
• Maintain regular communications to promote engagement and awareness of resources.
• Coordinate engagement activities to strengthen sense of belonging and degree completion.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Radiologic Technology to improve persistence and program completion.
• Prepare retention reports for program leadership to inform planning.
• Track participation in retention initiatives and evaluate interventions.
