Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or preferred in HR, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Education, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, events, and recruiting initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for entry-level, hourly, seasonal, and emerging hospitality talent positions across the resort.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage candidates before positions become available.
  • Establish talent pools by department and skill set to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates through regular communication and engagement.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and anticipated workforce needs.
  • Track pipeline activity, candidate engagement, source effectiveness, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify new and nontraditional sources of talent to expand the resort's reach.
  • Develop strong relationships with local community organizations, workforce development agencies, employment centers, nonprofit organizations, and community-based programs.
  • Identify opportunities to participate in or create workforce development initiatives that introduce individuals to careers in hospitality.
  • Represent the resort at community events, career fairs, hiring events, networking opportunities, and workforce initiatives.
  • Develop partnerships that create accessible pathways into hospitality for individuals who may not have previous luxury hospitality experience.
  • Build and manage relationships with local high schools, colleges, universities, culinary schools, hospitality programs, and career and technical education programs.
  • Coordinate career presentations, campus recruiting events, hospitality panels, internships, externships, job shadowing, and other student engagement opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with faculty, career services teams, program directors, and student organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for Wildflower Farms leaders to participate in educational programming and career development initiatives.
  • Help design and implement workforce development programs that introduce individuals to hospitality careers and prepare them for employment at Wildflower Farms.
  • Explore partnerships for hospitality training, pre-employment programs, apprenticeships, internships, and career pathway initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to identify skills gaps and opportunities for entry-level talent development.
  • Support recruitment for open positions as needed while maintaining a strong focus on proactive pipeline development.
  • Partner with the Talent & Culture team and hiring managers to ensure recruiting strategies reflect Wildflower Farms' unique team member experience.
  • Leverage social media, local networks, events, employee referrals, and community partnerships to attract talent.

Job Description

Wildflower Farms is seeking a highly relationship-driven Recruitment & Partnerships Manager to build and maintain a strong, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline for the resort.

This role is focused on proactive talent development and community engagement, with an emphasis on creating relationships with local schools, colleges, universities, workforce development organizations, community partners, hospitality programs, and other talent sources. Rather than relying solely on traditional recruiting methods, this individual will establish Wildflower Farms as an employer of choice and create meaningful pathways into hospitality careers.

The Recruitment & Partnerships Manager will develop partnerships that support both immediate hiring needs and the resort's long-term workforce strategy, with particular focus on entry‑level, hourly, seasonal, and emerging hospitality talent.

Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical entry‑level, hourly, seasonal, and emerging talent positions across the resort.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies that engage candidates before positions become available.

Recruiting & Employer Brand

  • Support recruitment for open positions as needed while maintaining a strong focus on proactive pipeline development.
  • Partner with the Talent & Culture team and hiring managers to ensure recruiting strategies reflect Wildflower Farms' unique team member experience.
  • Leverage social media, local networks, events, employee referrals, and community partnerships to attract talent.

Pay Range $75,000 - $85,000

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, hospitality, workforce development, campus recruiting, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Hospitality or luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing relationships with schools, colleges, workforce organizations, community groups, or other talent partners preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, events, and recruiting initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach to recruiting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for career fairs, community events, and recruiting programs.
