The Recruiter Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Recruiters and Client Coordinators while contributing to their professional development through support and coaching. The role involves building a qualified healthcare recruiting team, hiring, training, supervising, evaluating performance, and driving key metrics such as recruitment activity, caregiver retention, client fill rate, and schedule accuracy. The ROM motivates the team and promotes the company's vision and culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Model and manage the company's mission, vision, values, customer service, and compliance standards.
  • Adhere to and promote company policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships and communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, healthcare team members, and community contacts.
  • Develop and lead recruitment strategies, including evaluating resources like social media, job fairs, and employee referrals to improve key metrics.
  • Manage the grievance process and ensure timely responses.
  • Oversee on-call activities to ensure qualified coverage during operating hours.
  • Support ongoing development and growth for direct reports and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, policies, standards, and reimbursement guidelines.
  • Partner with senior management and field support to align organizational and service delivery goals.
  • Translate strategic plans into recruitment actions and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Provider Relations, or related field; BSN preferred.
  • 1+ year supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related healthcare programs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of home care requirements and third-party reimbursement.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Wage/Salary Information:

$55,000 base salary plus commission and a $7,500 Cost Of Living Adjustment.
