Circana is hiring a part-time Retail Scan Associate to visit local stores weekly and collect in-store product data using a mobile app. Shifts are flexible and tailored to store requirements, with about 30 minutes per visit.

Qualifications

Job description

This is a permanent PART-TIME role. This position requires about 30 plus minutes per visit, depending on store size and job requirements.

ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store).

Being a Retail Scan Associate offers an opportunity in retail, providing workplace independence, some flexibility in hours, and job consistency. There will be continuous physical activity throughout the workday shift.

What does a Retail Scan Associate do?

We are hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. Our store types include grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores. We work with major brand retailers like Walmart, Kroger, Target, Albertsons, and other national chains, as well as small independent retailers. Retail Scan Associates use a downloadable app on their mobile phone to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store. While scanning bar codes each week, you will be asked to provide the quantity of about 45% of the products you scan.

You will report to your store within the described deadline. Adhering to deadlines is critical to the data we deliver to our clients.
