Job summary

Fortrex and Safe Foods seeks a Recruiting Supervisor to lead a team of TA Hiring Coordinators across a large geographic territory, traveling 50-70% to provide on-the-ground support and drive recruitment success.

You will implement sourcing strategies, ensure formal hiring processes are followed, and partner with field managers and HR to meet staffing needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience hiring high-volume hourly staff.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple locations.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficient in HR systems including ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and MS Office.
• Must have a valid US Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Building: Collaborate with field managers, HR partners, and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.
• Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee hiring events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely feedback and upholding the organization’s employer brand.
• Special Projects: Other special projects, direct recruitment assignments, and job duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Recruiting Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of Talent Acquisition (“TA”) Hiring Coordinators across a large geographic territory. In this role, you will manage recruitment efforts, implement innovative sourcing strategies, ensure the execution of formal hiring processes, and ensure that hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires extensive travel (50-70%) to provide on-the-ground support, build strong relationships, and drive recruitment success. JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR MUST HAVES

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid and active US Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (“GED”).
• Proficient in HR systems including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, Indeed, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2 or more years of experience hiring high-volume hourly staff.
• At least one year of experience leading a team.
• Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written.
• Proven experience managing recruitment efforts across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE

• Bilingual skills (Spanish & English).
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS certifications.
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment.
