As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping independent financial advisors across the country build their teams. You'll manage the full recruiting process from start to finish: identifying staffing needs, analyzing pay scales, creating engaging job postings, screening candidates, and guiding advisors through offers. What you'll do
  • Collaborate with advisor‑clients to assess staffing needs and define position requirements
  • Manage recruiting process from beginning to end for multiple openings at a time; including but not limited to development of job descriptions/job postings, resume review, initial screenings, and coaching on offer process
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships‑advising on best practices, acting as a sounding board, and keeping communication clear and consistent
  • Partner with clients to identify target traits, skills, experience levels and other criteria for specific openings
  • Assist in compensation research and planning with clients
  • Perform background checks and candidate assessments
  • Track and record candidate progress on applicant tracking system
  • Post and refresh positions regularly to ensure visibility and relevance
  • Regularly update clients on the status of their roles, troubleshoot solutions to slow candidate responses
Experience you'll bring
  • 2-5 years of recruiting/hiring experience
  • Experience conducting interviews over the phone or in person
  • Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication
  • Strong assessment skills, curious minded, and objective
  • Organized, versatile, and flexible; able to manage heavy workload with shifting priorities
  • Self‑motivated, dependable, and proactive with strong initiative
Bonus Points
  • Experience providing consultative support or guidance to business leaders on staffing
  • Previous experience in financial services
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Monday.com
What you’ll get
  • Amazing benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k (with matching options)
  • Generous PTO package upon your start date
  • Continuous personal and professional development opportunities
  • Recognition for hard work & exemplary performance
  • Employee sponsored events...and more!
