• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with III-V semiconductors, particularly Indium Phosphide.
• Familiarity with MOCVD, epitaxy, photolithography, etching, and metallization processes.
• Experience with device testing and characterization techniques (e.g., IV, CV, optical measurements).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Associate degree or equivalent in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor fabrication, photonics, or cleanroom environments.
• Proficiency in operating laboratory and process equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed technical procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated InP Engineers and Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design, fabrication, and testing of InP-based semiconductor devices.
