Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve datasets and pipelines supporting Recruiting.
• Integrate data from Lever, Workday, Foundry, and other systems.
• Develop reporting datasets and dashboards for recruiting metrics and programs.
• Ensure secure data access with role-based permissions and regional boundaries.
• Document sensitive workflows and provide usable operating procedures.
