Graco is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator / Scheduler to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience by coordinating interview scheduling, managing recruiting logistics, and ensuring accurate recruiting data and documentation. This contract role is located in NE Minneapolis with a hybrid schedule: 4 days in office and 1 day remote per week, for 25 hours per week.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to support efficient hiring operations.What You Will Do At GracoCoordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.Manage interview logistics, including calendar invitations, meeting links, agendas, travel arrangements, and interview materials.Maintain accurate candidate and interview data within Workday and other recruiting systems.Assist with onboarding coordination activities as needed.Monitor scheduling service levels and proactively resolve conflicts or delays.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.What You Will Bring To GracoAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, administrative support, HR, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems such as Workday.Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
