Anduril in Seattle is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to handle recruiting activities and logistics, ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role involves managing interview schedules, coordinating travel, and fostering relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Ideal candidates will have experience in recruiting within fast-paced environments, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This position is hybrid and requires in-person presence at the Seattle office 3-4 days per week.
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Anduril, you will play an integral role in helping our company grow and scale. You will handle daily recruiting activities, encourage candidate relationships, and provide a first impression of Anduril to prospective candidates and new hires.
Our Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to support the organization’s growth. You will manage all interview scheduling and related logistics, identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains, and provide an excellent candidate experience. Excellent communication skills, the ability to shift gears quickly, proactive thinking, and a passion for scaling a world‑class organization are essential.
US Hourly Range
$25—$37.50 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
