Job Description:

The Recruiting Coordinator will handle various tasks to help support Soul Equity recruiters and promote positive and productive interactions between the organization, recruiters, and clients. Duties may include handling sourcing candidates via online portals, virtual office tasks, coordinating and booking client and candidate appointments, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts, entering data from various sources into the database and maintaining and updating that database, and ensuring candidate profiles are up to date with all relevant information.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing candidates for open positions
  2. Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews with clients
  3. Updating all candidate information in database for upcoming interviews
  4. Creating and maintaining custom fields and tags for candidates, as needed
  5. Writing/ preparing/ organizing email campaigns
  6. Conducting initial screening of applied candidates to posted jobs
  7. Working closely with Soul Equity recruiters to assist with sourcing and screening prospective candidates
  8. Supporting recruiters and the recruiting process as needed
  9. Assessing applicant resumes as needed
  10. Implementing marketing strategies and posting open positions
  11. Data entry
  12. Database maintenance
  13. Other duties as assigned
  14. Be an integral part of the growth and culture of Soul Equity
