Job description

Why HarveyAt the company, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world‑class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job’s Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At the company, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator joins the company's Talent team in Sydney to support the company's rapidly growing hiring efforts across the APAC region. The team is responsible for delivering a seamless, high‑touch interview experience that reflects the company's brand and pace of growth. This role drives the operational backbone of APAC recruiting — owning end‑to‑end interview coordination, candidate communications, and scheduling logistics for a fast‑scaling office. The Recruiting Coordinator partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional leaders across Sydney and globally to ensure every candidate interaction is thoughtful and efficient. It is a rare opportunity to help build the coordination function in one of the company's newest and dynamic markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end‑to‑end interview scheduling and coordination for roles across the APAC region, ensuring a smooth and timely process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle, delivering an exceptional and on‑brand experience
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, panel selection, calendar coordination, and candidate communications
  • Maintain and continuously improve scheduling workflows, documentation, and coordination processes to support team efficiency and accuracy
  • Support onboarding logistics and broader talent operations projects as the APAC team scales
What You Have
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or a similar fast‑paced operational role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a candidate‑first mindset and the ability to represent the company's brand to external audiences
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment and adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a high‑growth setting
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., "Greenhouse") and modern scheduling tools
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
