Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the end-to-end candidate process in a fast-paced sales environment. The role emphasizes high-volume phone screens, interview scheduling, and coordinating onboarding while supporting career events and data tracking.

This position requires organization, confidentiality, and the ability to work nights or weekends as needed. Temporary travel may be required, with a focus on meeting quotas and contributing to a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• College Degree or applicable professional experience preferred.
• 6–12 months recruiting experience in sales/marketing preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience navigating and networking via LinkedIn and similar social media.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and meet quotas.
• Temporary travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, referrals, social media, and active applicants.
• Conducting high volume applicant phone screens.
• Setting up and scheduling interviews.
• Conducting Face-to-Face Interviews.
• Occasional night/weekend work.
• Attend out-of-office social networking events.
• Coordinate background checks.
• Assist with career nights and college career fairs.
• Data tracking for referrals, sources, reports, calls, interviews.
• Coordinate orientation schedules with new hires and HR.
• Maintain professional attire and business acumen.
• Attend Sales/Marketing meetings.

Job Description

The responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator require a keen understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, specific procedures and organizational skills within the industry. Being a production role with quotas and deadlines to meet on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, we are looking for an extroverted individual that can work well under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, employee referrals, social media and active applicants
• Conducting a high volume of applicant phone screens
• Setting up/scheduling interviews
• Conducting Face-to-Face Interviews
• Must be able to work nights and weekends on occasion
• Must be able to attend out of office social networking events outside of normal business hours
• Coordinating background checks
• Assisting with Career Nights and College Career Fairs
• Data tracking for employee referrals, hiring sources, reports, calls, interviews, etc..
• Coordinating orientation schedules with new hires, training, and HR
• Maintain proper business acumen and business professional attire/appearance
• Attending Sales/Marketing Meetings

Job Qualifications

• College Degree or applicable professional experience is preferred
• Between 6 to 12 months of recruiting and a consistent work history in sales and/or marketing is preferred and will be considered immediately
• High Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proficient in Database navigation
• Must have experience in navigating and networking through LinkedIn and other similar social media outlets
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Accurate and expedient proofreading abilitySelf-motivated to set priorities, meet quotas, and work with limited direction/supervision
• Temporary travel may be required
