One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring a Recruiting Business Partner to support high-volume hiring for large fulfillment warehouses, focusing on the earliest stages of the delivery network. You will manage multiple sites and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring, smooth internal transfers, and accurate tracking of recruiting activity. The position emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role is a great fit if you have been a previous Recruiting Coordinator from a large tech company- as this is an elevated role that removes the scheduling experience but adds in the stakeholder management component.

Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA OR Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a Recruiter Business Partner, focusing on internal hiring needs for large warehouse operations.
  • Manage recruiting support for approximately 2025 sites, including monitoring and updating dedicated Slack channels with information on offers, interviews, and other recruiting activities.
  • Process offers accurately and promptly, including generating, tracking, and confirming candidate offer acceptances.
  • Handle internal transfers and related administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and timely movement of talent between roles and locations.
  • Coordinate and support high-volume hiring needs across multiple buildings, each of which may have several different roles and requirements.
  • Proactively check in with site leaders to anticipate hiring needs and reduce last-minute, high-volume spikes in headcount requests.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with site leaders by being direct, professional, and highly responsive.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and recruiting operations teams to ensure consistent and efficient hiring processes.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflows.
  • Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders on hiring status, interview progress, and offer outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting operations by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting practical solutions.
Essential Skills
  • 13 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or a closely related recruiting support function.
  • Hands-on experience in recruiting, including supporting or managing hiring processes for multiple roles or locations.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites, requisitions, and communication channels simultaneously.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and site leaders.
  • Comfort using collaboration tools such as Slack or similar platforms to share updates and coordinate hiring activities.
  • Strong attention to detail in processing offers, tracking acceptances, and handling internal transfers.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear, direct, and professional stakeholder interactions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator (RC) or in a similar recruiting support role is highly relevant and beneficial.
  • Experience in recruiting operations within large, complex, or multi-site environments.
  • Comfort working with high-volume headcount requests and shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset when facing urgent or time-sensitive hiring needs.
  • Ability to anticipate hiring spikes through regular check-ins and data-driven awareness of site needs.
Work Environment

The role supports large North America Customer Fulfillment warehouses, which operate at significant scale and complexity. You will manage recruiting activity for 2025 sites, each potentially hiring for multiple roles, and will rely heavily on digital collaboration tools such as Slack and applicant tracking systems to coordinate offers, interviews, and internal transfers.
