Salary: $76,768 per year ($50,000 base + $12,000 COLA + $284/wk guarantee + weekly commission (after training))

• Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $27.40 per hour
• Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of $12,000 + $284/wk guarantee + Weekly commission
