Compensation: $74,268+ ($50,000 base + $9,500 COLA + $284/wk guarantee) + weekly commission after training

• Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $26.20 per hour
• Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of $9,500 + $284/wk guarantee + Weekly Commission
