Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter III for a remote, nationwide position. You will identify, attract and engage IT and healthcare administrative professionals, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and compliant recruitment processes.

The role supports full-cycle recruitment, ATS documentation, collaboration with hiring managers, and candidate logistics. You will promote the company values and participate in ongoing recruitment initiatives to meet hiring goals.

Qualificações

3+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in healthcare administrative services, revenue cycle management, HIT or HIM roles.
Experience recruiting for roles like FollowUp Specialist, AR Specialist, Cash Posting, Billing, Inpatient/Outpatient coders, and Revenue Cycle/HIM Managers.
Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows, including patient access, coding and reimbursements.
Ability to screen candidates for technical competency in ICD10CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, and payer environments.
Proven success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Position Description

In the role of Recruiter III, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, supporting hiring manager needs, and maintaining compliant, effective recruitment processes.

About The Position

Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations.
Maintain accurate and compliant candidate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Promote Signature Performance's mission, values, and culture in all candidate and client interactions.
Participate in continuous process improvement efforts and recruitment-related initiatives.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate logistics.
Maintains timely and accurate statuses of candidates and requisitions in the ATS.
May represent Signature Performance at career events as assigned.
Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED
3+ years of recruiting experience, specific to healthcare administrative services, revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare information technology (HIT), and health information management (HIM) roles.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles such as:
- FollowUp Specialist / AR Specialist
- Cash Posting / Payment Posting
- Billing (Hospital and Professional)
- Inpatient, Outpatient, and ProFee Coders
- Revenue Cycle Managers and HIM Managers
Working knowledge of the endtoend revenue cycle, including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, insurance followup, denials, and collections.
Strong understanding of hospital (facility) vs. professional (physician/profee) billing, including how workflows, coding standards, and reimbursement methodologies differ between the two.
Ability to effectively screen candidates for technical competency in:
- ICD10CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS basics
- Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer environments
- EOB interpretation, denials, and AR management
Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fastpaced, highvolume recruiting environment.
Proven success filling specialized or senior-level roles.
Advanced sourcing capabilities (Boolean, passive outreach, talent mapping.)
Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels.
Ability to advise hiring managers on talent market trends.
Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
Proficiency with common office software (email, spreadsheets, calendars).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of recruiting best practices, compliance, and employment law.
Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical recruiting.

Preferred Requirements

2+ years recruiting for Information Technology, Healthcare IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Enterprise Systems, AI, Cloud Operations, Data Analytics, or related technical positions.
- Demonstrated success filling specialized or difficult-to-fill technical roles.
- Experience sourcing passive technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals, Boolean search techniques, and talent mapping methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Experience leading small recruiting projects or initiatives.
Experience in Docusign, and ADP HRIS and ATS, sourcing, pre-employment, and background check platforms.
SHRM CP, SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification.
