Job summary

This on-site role emphasizes building a robust pipeline, achieving targets, and delivering top-tier support to clients and candidates. Familiarity with ATS such as Taleo, Avature, or JobApp is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp)

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred: Experience:

• Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
• Technical: Experience or exposure to working in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp)
