WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
- Perform all aspects of recruiting, from sourcing candidates, conducting effective and insightful screening, making candidate recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
- Develop sourcing strategies and techniques to attract, screen, and engage active and passive candidates. Utilize social media and other sources to create pipelines of candidates for critical skills areas and identify, attract, and recruit quality candidates.
- Organize and attend on-site recruiting events at job fairs, nursing schools, CNA schools, and colleges as needed.
- Work with hiring supervisors/managers, schedule interviews, and send job offers.
- Prepare and post internal/external positions in the Applicant Tracking System and other job boards.
- Facilitate the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience, including resume reviews, phone interviews, background checks, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation. Maintain and update the campus vacancy list as needed.
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure all timecards are completed accurately.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions, guidance, and support to employees.
- Follow up with supervisors and managers on HR-related issues or concerns.
- Complete onboarding and off-boarding paperwork for the campus, and assist with stay and exit interviews.
- Assist with employee celebration and engagement events and/or projects.
- Other HR-related duties as assigned.
THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Business, or related fields preferred, or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience recruiting and sourcing for all levels within an organization.
- Long-term-care recruitment and HR experience preferred but not required.
