You will build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, generate high-volume candidate flow, and manage interviewing and onboarding in Avature. This is a metrics-driven environment with clear advancement potential and strong earning prospects.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ambitious goals and a relentless work ethic.
• Must be comfortable working in an in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire candidate search process from sourcing to offer.

• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process to onboarding in Avature.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
