Job summary

Tenstorrent is a hardware company shipping cutting-edge AI technology, unifying software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors. We seek a recruiter who can own searches end to end in multiple domains and bring rigor to evaluating deeply technical candidates.

You will design interview loops and scorecards for busy panels, read primary evidence from tapeout histories, repos and papers, and move quickly to present unwelcome news with evidence that drives better decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience running end-to-end candidate searches across multiple domains.
• Proven ability to close senior-level candidates with competitive offers.
• Ability to translate vague needs into clear, testable requirements.
