Job summary

Koch is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across engineering, procurement, construction, and professional areas. You will partner with HR and business leaders to define needs, build pipelines, and develop informed hiring recommendations based on data and market insights.

You will engage active and passive candidates, manage multiple priorities, and use Avature and other tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience recruiting in engineering, procurement, construction, and/or renewables, with established talent networks.


• Knowledge and experience applying Principle Based Management® and Principle Based Hiring concepts to recruiting strategies, candidate assessment, talent selection, and business partnership.


• Experience using data and technology to lead recruiting improvements that strengthened decisions, efficiency, or stakeholder visibility.


• Experience with Avature.
