Job summary

Vynca Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting in healthcare, attracting top talent and partnering with leaders to meet staffing goals. You will own job postings, screen candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer.

This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment, willingness to travel occasionally for on-site meetings, and a strong commitment to compliant, inclusive hiring practices across multiple states.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience within Healthcare.
  • Flexible with the ability to thrive in a changing and fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches.
  • Familiarity with a variety of recruitment practices.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and workflow.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.
  • Experience recruiting for Enhanced Care Management & Palliative Care positions.
  • Advanced in Ashby.
  • Previous remote experience.
  • Start-up experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world-class team.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of corporate professionals (Sales, Finance, Operations etc.) and healthcare professionals (LCSWs, RNs, LCMs, etc).
  • Demonstrate a willingness to actively recruit for a wide range of roles across the organization, adapting to diverse staffing needs when required.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
  • Partner with the broader people team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
  • Take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, networking, and research.
  • Screen applicants and conduct video interviews to ensure they meet licensing, certification, education, and experience requirements.
  • Assist with collecting certification documents, etc.
  • Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ability to travel bi-annually to on-site TA and People meetings.

About the job

As a Recruiter at Vynca, you will lead our efforts to attract top-tier talent in the healthcare sector. Our organization is dedicated to being a trusted partner in comprehensive and convenient care, weaving together clinical services, mental health support, social services, and spiritual counseling to enhance overall well-being. In this role, you will be a dynamic, full-cycle recruiter, passionate about identifying exceptional candidates and developing strategies to engage them. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and internal partners. We are currently only considering applicants located in the following states, with a high preference for those local to Los Angeles, CA: California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.

What you’ll do

Your experience & qualifications
  • 3+ years of previous in-house full-cycle recruiting experience within Healthcare

  • Flexible with the ability to thrive in a changing and fast-paced work environment

  • Familiarity with a variety of recruitment practices

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management

  • Ability to independently manage priorities and workflow

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal

  • Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
