We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team! This is a dynamic group dedicated to attracting and hiring outstanding staff and management professionals who advance SDSU’s academic mission.

As a Recruiter, you’ll play an essential role in every stage of the hiring process, from posting positions and sourcing talent to guiding candidates through interviews and onboarding. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and your colleagues to ensure that each recruitment is timely, equitable, and successful. Position Information

• This is a full-time, permanent/probationary position, offering comprehensive benefits.
• Position is designated exempt under FLSA and is not eligible for overtime compensation.
• Standard SDSU work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but may vary based on operational needs.
• This position is approved for partial telecommuting with onsite work in San Diego after the training period.

Education and Experience

The starting salary for this position is not expected to exceed $4,687 per month.
