Job summary

Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Taleo, Avature or JobApp.

Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates in the manufacturing field.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified talent and nurture relationships.

Technical: Experience or exposure to working in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp)
