Salt Lake Community College is seeking a Recruiter to support institution-wide hiring efforts by managing full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles—including staff, skilled trades, administrative positions, and faculty.
This position partners closely with hiring managers, provides training for NeoEd Hiring Manager users, delivers onboarding presentations, and ensures compliance with employment documentation and institutional hiring practices.

All employees are expected to maintain a permanent residence within the State of Utah as a condition of employment. New employees must provide a valid Utah residential address within 30 days of their start date.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience in recruitment, admissions, student services, or HR—preferably in a higher education environment. Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience conducting group trainings or onboarding sessions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of I-9 regulations and employment eligibility requirements. Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and onboarding platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Banner, Experience with NeoEd, HRIS systems, or other ATS/onboarding platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Bookings, and Copilot. Experience recruiting across varied job families including trades, staff, academic, and student positions. Demonstrated success improving recruitment processes, documentation, or onboarding workflows. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
