The Recruiter will engage and pipeline talent for our growing nationwide team, partnering with hiring managers and practices across the network to maintain best practices throughout the recruiting process.

You'll manage candidate engagement, job advertising, sourcing, screening, and use our ATS to organize records, while building strong relationships with candidates and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Dental or medical industry experience preferred.
• 1+ year of high-volume full-cycle recruiting preferred.
• SHRM-CP or HR certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and identify talent.
• Screen and interview candidates via phone/virtual interviews.
• Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other boards; build pipelines.

We are looking for a team player that is positive, highly collaborative, and ready to take on the niche recruiting needs of different departments and practices across our growing nationwide team.This role will be heavily focused on candidate engagement, by overseeing job advertising, sourcing, and screening, ensuring a positive impression and experience for candidates, while also partnering with hiring managers in the interviewing and hiring stages to maintain best practices throughout the recruiting process.**Key Responsibilities:*** Collaborate and partner with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent.
