• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and industry-specific recruiting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as iCIMS or UKG.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

As a Recruiter at Federated, you will:

This position may bebased outofeither our Owatonna, MN or Mankato, MN office.Recruiterswho work out of the Mankato office will complete their initial training at the Owatonna office.

The Recruiter pay range is $80,300-$108,700. Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information can be discussed with a member of the Recruiting team.
